Cancellation & Warranty Policy

At Divine Next IT, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver reliable products and services. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our cancellation, return, and warranty policy below explains how we can assist you.


1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.

  • A minimum ₹500 processing/payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund.

After Dispatch

If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched:

  • Two-way shipping charges will be deducted.

  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) will also be deducted before the refund is processed.

3. 14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product does not meet our quality standards.

  • The product is missing accessories, components, or parts.


4. Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product and location.

What’s Covered

  • 1-Year Warranty for manufacturing defects on laptops or desktops (if purchased with warranty).

  • 6-Month Warranty on battery and adaptor.

  • 6-Month Warranty on MacBook devices.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or customer handling

Extended warranties apply only to manufacturing defects.


5. Warranty Processing Timeline

Resolving warranty claims may take up to 30 days, depending on:

  • Technician inspection

  • Pickup and delivery

  • Repair or part replacement

If the issue cannot be resolved within this period, Divine Next IT may offer a replacement or refund. Refunds may include depreciation of 1% per month based on product usage.


6. Buyback Program

Customers may return a product during the warranty period under the Buyback Program.

The following depreciation will apply:

  • Minimum 10% deduction, OR

  • 3% per month of usage

(whichever is higher)

Additional deductions may apply if customer-induced damage is found.


7. Conditions for Return

To ensure a successful return:

  • The product must be returned in original condition.

  • Include all accessories, packaging, and tags.

  • The product must not be damaged while in your possession.

  • All personal data must be removed before returning devices.

  • Returns due to buyer’s remorse (wrong model, color, etc.) may include deductions.

  • Ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage.

Divine Next IT is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping.


8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page on

  2. Submit a return request.

  3. Wait for return authorization before shipping the product.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For certain products, a technician inspection may be scheduled before approval.

If the product fails the quality check, the return will be approved without deductions.
If it passes the quality check, deductions will apply according to the policy.

Approved replacements will be dispatched within 24–48 hours after receiving the original unit.


9. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products not in original condition

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Devices with major customer-induced damage

(Except replaceable parts like keyboard or back panel.)


10. Refund Policy

If the Product Was Not Delivered (RTO)

If the product returns to our warehouse:

  • Refund will be initiated within 24–48 hours.

  • The amount will reflect within 14 business days.

  • Courier charges will be deducted unless the issue is not customer-related.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if the customer fails to accept delivery, the initial payment is non-refundable.


If the Product Was Delivered and Later Returned

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • Inspection takes 24–48 hours.

  • Refund will be processed and completed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.


Refund Deductions

If Product is Defective

  • No charges except depreciation based on usage months.

If Product is Not Defective

  • Minimum 10% restocking fee OR

  • 3% per month usage deduction

(whichever is higher)

Additional charges apply if customer-induced damage is detected.


11. Quality Criteria

Returned products are inspected based on Divine Next IT quality standards before approving refunds, replacements, or repairs.


12. Customer-Induced Damage

Additional charges may apply for damage caused by:

  • Physical impact

  • Liquid damage

  • Improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs


13. Policy Updates

Divine Next IT reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately after being published on the website.


14. Company Rights

Divine Next IT reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Limit returns or exchanges for customers with excessive return history

  • Decide eligibility for return, refund, or replacement at its discretion
