Refund And Returns Policy

At Divine Next IT, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, our refund and return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
